Refund policy

• all returns must be authorized prior to shipment by phone or email, and a copy of the invoice must be included
• no returns after 30 days from the purchase date
• refunds may be subject to a 15% restocking fee
• no returns on frames, forks, or any components that have been installed
• no returns on clothing items that have been washed
• the customer is responsible for all shipping costs on returns.
• the customer is responsible for all shipping costs on warranty replacements
• no returns on custom-built wheels, custom bikes, or special-order items without prior authorization.
